Since the Xiangshui explosion accident in Jiangsu Province,China, in 2019, China has been reviewing laws and regulations related to production safety. The basic law "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" has been come into effect on September 1 this year. The "Dangerous Chemicals Safety Law of People's Republic of China  (Draft)" , which upgraded the "Regulations on the Dangerous Chemicals Safety Management " , had beenissued. (Currently not enacted)

In addition, the revision of the "Guidelines for the Safety Management of Chemical Processes" is being promoted, and the "Draft for Opinion Solicitation" was released in August this year.

National Drug System Development Board of Thailand has revised the national list of essential drugs and approved andrographis paniculata (Thai:ฟ้าทะลายโจร, Japanese: Senshinren) for the treatment of COVID-19 (June 4, 2021, Government Gazette)

Thai traditional medicine has been using Andrographis paniculata as a cold remedy for many years.  Since the beginning of this year, there has been increasing interest in the effectiveness of the COVID-19 virus.

The "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" is formulated to strengthen production safety, prevent and reduce production safety accidents, protect the safety of people's lives and property, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society.

On June 10, 2021, the 13th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China passed the  Amending the “Safety Production Law”. To be effective from September 1, 2021.

We will adjust the summer vacation by ourselves, so in August, our company will work according to the calendar.

In August 2020, India issued the final draft of the Chemicals (Management and Safety) Rules (CMSR). CMSR aims to regulate substances, substances in mixtures, substances in articles and intermediates which are produced, imported or placed on the market in India, and this regulation was expected to come into effect in early 2021. However, due to the influence of COVID-19, the progress has been delayed.We have obtained the final draft, so please contact us if you are interested.

Ministry of Industry of Thailand has announced the revised "Hazardous Substances Law" in the official gazett. This is a revised version of the performance reports by producers, importers, exporters, and owners of hazardous substances. (March 2, 2021)

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China issued the "Supplementary Notice for the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China", adding 115 substances to IECSC. (21 April, 2021)
