Updated Product List (June. 21, 2021)

In August 2020, India issued the final draft of the Chemicals (Management and Safety) Rules (CMSR). CMSR aims to regulate substances, substances in mixtures, substances in articles and intermediates which are produced, imported or placed on the market in India, and this regulation was expected to come into effect in early 2021. However, due to the influence of COVID-19, the progress has been delayed.We have obtained the final draft, so please contact us if you are interested.

Ministry of Industry of Thailand has announced the revised "Hazardous Substances Law" in the official gazett. This is a revised version of the performance reports by producers, importers, exporters, and owners of hazardous substances. (March 2, 2021)

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China issued the "Supplementary Notice for the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China", adding 115 substances to IECSC. (21 April, 2021)

This "New Chemical Substances Environmental Management Act"  has been amended (12th order) and has been in force since January 1, this year. 

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China issued the "Supplementary Notice for the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China", adding 204 substances. (14 April, 2021)

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China has announced that it will conduct the 3rd inspection of the Central Eco-Environmental Protection Supervision_2nd round from April 6th to May 6th (or April 9th to May 9th). .. This is done based on the "Central Ecological Environment Conservation Supervision Inspection Regulations", and this time the following provinces (autonomous regions) are targeted.

2nd round_ 3rd : Shanxi, Liaoning, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hunan, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Yunnan.

On December 26 last year The Committee of the National People's Congress of China has enacted the "Yangtze River Protection Act" which comes into effect on March 1 this year.
